Know these things always-

– Goals are like a destination that you have to reach.๐Ÿ˜Ž

– Taking action is what gives you direction toward your goal.๐Ÿ˜€
– Staying focused ensures that you are always on the right path.๐Ÿ˜€
– And lastly, motivation is what makes sure that you will do anything and everything to reach the end of the path, arrive at your destination, and achieve your goal. ๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ˜˜
The Rules (or suggestions to be precise)

1. Just do it. (The Nike quote always does the magic)
2. Doing something is not always a physical thing.
3. Breathing helps.
4. Take a page from the most successful books.
5. Take baby steps.
6. Rome wasn’t built in a day dude.
7. Yes !! Do not pressure yourself.
8. A little competition is good โ€“ just do not make a big deal out of it.
9. And obviously, Believe in yourself.
10. Go Get a companion.
11. Get someone to do it for you.
12. Do not be too proud to ask for help.
13. It is okay to start again.
14. Never stop trying.
15. Have a backup plan.
16. Consider your resources.
17. Look before you leap but leap all the same if you have to!
18. Do not be too rigid or stubborn.
19. Do not wait for things to happen. Make it happen instead!

20. Give yourself a reasonable deadline.
21. Be decisive.

  1. I co8n2l&#ud17;t agree more! Before kids, I had no idea what it meant to be busy. These days, I’m lucky if I have time to brush my teeth. Exercise though is the only me time I get, so I value it like gold!! If I don’t get the chance to get a workout alone, I try to sneak one in by putting the little one in the bouncy seat and doing squats, lunges, and free weights with my older son. We also run up/down the stairs. Every little bit counts!
